What does it mean for a business to be customer centric? Investigations point towards the fact that those businesses that practice a customer focused mindset in all aspects of the organisation are more profitable, compared to those businesses that do not possess this focus.

And precisely the strength of the Danish businesses’ customer focus, and thus competitiveness, has sparked a project and collaboration between Danish industry, the IT industry’s trade organisation and Networked Business Initiative, as well as representatives from the IT and digital agency industry, including Valtech, Sitecore, Pentia and Agillic.

By involving these players, Danish businesses gain the opportunity, through the course of the project, to draw on the know-how and best practice examples that already exist in the market and the organisations. At the same time, the partners make available resources for future developments with the businesses participating.

Over the next year, the project will be rolled out to Danish businesses through the training of Omnichannel consultants, an awareness campaign, as well as events.  Agillic is contributing towards this, and is also looking forward to participating in the big The Customer in the Centre event on 22 November at Børsen. Central to the project is the Omnichannel Maturity Tool, a survey and benchmarking tool based on the model of the Customer Target Board, and the underlying theory drafted by Rasmus Houlind, CSO at Agillic.

At Agillic, we are excited to be a part of the process, and are looking forward to contributing our knowledge and resources within Omnichannel marketing and Marketing Automation.
