Johnny Emil Søbæk Henriksen

CHAIRMAN & INVESTOR

Johnny Henriksen has been the chairman of the board since September 2013. Previously, Johnny has been the CEO of the DDB Group Denmark during the period from 2002 to 2013, the CEO of Tribal DDB Europe and a committee member in Tribal DDB Worldwide Board of Directors during the period from 1999 to 2002. Johnny has had several directorships including a directorship in Omnicom Mediagroup Nordic during the period from 2006 to 2012 and furthermore a directorship in The Danish Association of Creativity and Communication during the period from 2006 to 2012.

Peter Aue Elbek

Peter has invested in startups and medium sized companies for the past 15 years. Primarily within IT and finance, in the capacity as hands-on board member and sparring for the management team.

Mikael Konnerup

BOARD MEMBER & INVESTOR

Director and founder of Dico in 1994. Prior to founding Dico, Mikael Konnerup has worked for IBM, Superfos and Olicom among others. Mikael has been involved in more than 50 executed transactions with Dico portfolio companies. He serves on the Board of Globeteam, Omni, Aqoola and Agillic.

Jesper Lohmann

Director and co-founder of Dico since 2009. Prior to joining Dico, Jesper has held management positions at Carlsberg, JP/Politiken, Thorn EMI and DIBS Payment Services. Jesper has been involved in more than 30 executed transactions with Dico portfolio companies. He serves on the Board of Reepay, Logpoint, Telefaction, SimpleSite and Agillic.

Casper Moltke-Leth

Casper Moltke-Leth has been a committee member since February 2018. Casper is a partner at the international law firm Bird & Bird where he manages the Danish corporate/M&A team. Casper has extensive experience with international companies and board duties and has for the latest 10 years, been a member of several committees. Today Casper is, among other things, president of the foundation Neye Fonden, which owns the chain of leather goods Neye A/S, Copenhagen Group A/S-concern, GSA Ejendomme A/S-concern. Furthermore, he is a committee member in many other different companies and foundations.
