Senior Solution Advisor

You will be a trusted advisor to our prospects, clients and partners and you will be a part of our Client & Partner Engagement Team consisting of experts within Sales, Technical Presales, Partner Enablement, Solutions and Omnichannel Marketing Automation, all operating out of Central Copenhagen.

About the Job

The Client & Partner Engagement team members are experts in omnichannel marketing automation. We are the trusted advisors, and our primary responsibility as experts is to inspire, demonstrate and articulate the many great capabilities within the Agillic platform.

We live to enable and fulfil opportunities and build trust and show partners and customers how to gain the most value from the Agillic platform. We have four main areas of responsibility:

Presales: Supporting our international Sales team and partners during the sales process, where you will be the trusted advisor and often be involved in demonstrating the Agillic platform
Partner enablement and partner engagement: Partners are a key to Agillic´s success, and we want to have the most competent partners to onboard, service and inspire our customers
Solution architecture: Helping our customers to create the best possible data model and integrations
Client engagement: Inspire and help our clients to evolve and achieve success using Agillic

The opening is a position as Senior Solution Advisor, where your primary focus will be on supporting Sales with presale activities, demos, presentations, partner enablement and partner engagement.

We are looking for a profile with a friendly, outgoing and proactive mindset, who would love doing presentations and demos of Agillic. If that runs by nature or is a learned skill from an agency or a software company, is not important.

You know your marketing and IT well enough to identify and understand our clients’ & partners’ challenges, and you have worked with Agillic or comparable product before. You are quick to understand business issues and to relate it to omnichannel marketing automation, and a flair for data is essential. You can be a specialist or a generalist, but we believe it is crucial to be trustworthy in helping our clients and prospects. Added advantage – of course – if you have experience with Agillic or some of our competitors, and preferably with client management too.

As a team member, you are passionate about creating results with us. You are quick on your feet and eager to be a part of a growth culture. We operate in several markets, so some travelling is to be expected.


Main Responsibilities

  • Create and be able to conduct convincing demos of Agillic to showcase the capabilities of Agillic in collaboration with sales and partners
  • Be able to articulate the value of The Agillic Customer Marketing Platform and demonstrate how Agillics capabilities support the customers business issue and the potential business value
  • Support and lead responses to RFI / RFP regarding the solution and technical questions
  • Maintain the highest level of technical and market knowledge
  • Work closely with the international sales team on proposals and pitches
  • Enable partners to work with Agillic on an advanced level, including facilitating educational session

Your Qualifications

  • Previous experience working in a technical presales position - either in software or agency
  • Technical savvy with strong communication skills
  • An ability to communicate technical information to non-technical staff in a way that is easy to understand
  • Experience within the Marketing Automation space
  • Scandinavian and English speaking at a professional level
