About the Job

Maintaining and extending the relationship with our customers is hugely important to Agillic. We want to make sure that our existing customers have a great experience with Agillic and that we and our partners help them realise the full potential and value of Agillic’s cloud-based, AI-powered Customer Marketing Platform.

Firstly, as Senior Sales Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for your own portfolio of larger existing customers. For a substantial part of your day, you’ll be out working with customers, pitching the substantial business value of the Agillic Platform.

Secondly, you’ll have vital newbizz sales responsibility within the internalisation framework and our partner network of Agillic, specifically in those regions, where we want to grow our customer footprint.

Main Responsibilities

  • Managing a portfolio of large accounts and grow revenue from existing customers
  • Develop and own account plans for your portfolio of customers
  • Ensure contract renewals for your portfolio of customers
  • Set up and carry out customer meetings and present Agillic in a convincing manner with a strong focus on value for the customer
  • Follow up on lead generating activities and build a solid pipeline
  • Orchestrate newbizz sales in new markets, directly and through partners

Your Qualifications

  • A Master of value selling
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Strong deal-closer and you have a proven history of achieving revenue targets
  • Strong account management and business development skills and ability to build a strong pipeline
  • Is able to position and pitch the value and vision of an AI Powered Customer Marketing Platform
  • Strong commercial acumen and deep knowledge of account development planning
  • Result oriented, performance driven and a hunter that takes a proactive approach towards identifying business opportunities
  • Comfortable with networking and reaching out customers
  • Strong English proficiency in written and verbally delivered with a high level of confidence
