About the Job

Agillic is growing fast and we are experiencing high demand for our cloud-based, user friendly, AI-powered Omnichannel Marketing Automation platform that enables businesses to create one coherent and meaningful customer experience. That’s why we are looking for a talented Sales Development Manager to boost our pipeline and maximize the outcome of our marketing spend and lead generating activities.

The role of the Sales Development Manager is to help our sales teams build a robust sales pipeline through the engagement of inbound leads and account-based prospecting.

We are looking for an extrovert prospector who enjoys reaching out and engaging with CRM Managers and Senior Marketing Executives within mid-size to large organizations across the Nordics and UK.

To be successful, you must be an enthusiastic and passionate person, and be full of initiative. Using active listening skills and outstanding business acumen, you’ll have the ability to present the business value of the Agillic Platform to potential customers. A successful Sales Development Manager should enjoy picking up the phone and understands that the results you get are directly related to the amount of effort you put in.

Main Responsibilities

  • Business-to Business lead generation and sales prospecting
  • Qualify inbound inquiries from marketing demand generation activities to achieve lead generation targets
  • Contact leads via phone, email, or LinkedIn
  • Analyse the market and target potential clients
  • Research and identify potential new business leads
  • Execute sales campaigns
  • Develop lead nurturing content
  • Build a strong pipeline of sales opportunities for field sales reps

Your Qualifications

  • Strong business development skills
  • Exceptional written, verbal and listening skills with high level of confidence
  • Understands Marketing
  • Previous experience with prospecting or lead qualification is preferred but not a requirement
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, collaborative, team environment
  • Proven history of achieving business targets
  • Ability to execute on a strategic, consultative sales approach
  • Strong language skills (English and Nordic languages)
