About the Job

Your job will be to support and assist our customers in the daily use of our software.

Customers have a range of different marketing programs running on Agillic and are constantly looking to add to these or build new ones. As a true omnichannel Marketing Automation platform, Agillic enables customer communications in many channels and in your work, you will gain great experience in how these work.

You’ll receive extensive training in the Agillic product with the aim of quickly becoming an expert.

It’s important to us that you have excellent communication skills, both orally and written, and get a kick out of being in a fast-paced environment where you have a direct effect on customer results.

Main Responsibilities

  •  As a 1st Level Support Product Specialist, you will be a virtual ninja in the Agillic UI, supporting customers with a wide range of questions.
  • Working to keep our customers happy and efficient
  • Taking part in a continuous process optimisation with your colleagues

Your Qualifications

  • Fast learner in software UI
  • Some experience and interest in digital marketing a plus
  • Some basic knowledge of HTML or CSS / Javascript preferable
  • Natural flair for working with software as a user (non code)

Personal Profile

  • Naturally service-minded
  • Team player with the ability to handle a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills - oral and written
  • Fluent in Danish and comfortable in a business context with English and one other Nordic language
