About the Job

To accelerate our business in Sweden, we are looking for an outstanding Sales Professional with a deep understanding of customers’ pain point and a large network to tap from.  An entrepreneurial spirit with extensive knowledge of the Digital Marketing space and how Omnichannel Marketing Automation can drive results for our customers.

To be successful, you must be an enthusiastic and passionate person, full of initiative and drive. You are a structured ninja executor and you must be able to position and sell the vision of Agillic and have outstanding business acumen.

A large part of your daily work is to be out working with customers and partners, pitching the substantial business value of the Agillic Platform.


Main Responsibilities

  • Lead and drive Agillic Sales and Partner activities in Sweden
  • Establish Agillic as key player in Sweden within AI-powered Omnichannel Marketing Automation
  • Drive the sales direct or through Agillic’s partner network
  • Build and grow a strong pipeline and excel at managing the sales-cycle
  • Prove a strong local leadership and establish a strong sales organisation in Sweden
  • Expand Agillic’s partner network in Sweden
  • Convey the value proposition of Agillic to customers and partners – by understanding the customers’ pain points

Your Qualifications

  • A master at value-selling and a strong deal-closer with a proven history of achieving business targets
  • Strong business development skills and ability to build a strong pipeline
  • Able to position the value and vision of Marketing Automation and relevance to Chief Marketing Officers, Chief Digital Officers, and E-commerce Managers
  • Strong commercial acumen and deep knowledge of account development planning
  • Experience and knowledge about how to sell through and with Partners
  • Result-oriented, performance-driven, and a hunter that takes a proactive approach in identifying business opportunities
  • Comfortable with networking and reaching out to new prospects
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and listening skills with high level of confidence
